I do this with my sugar free chocolate fudge pudding and run it through my Yonanas machine and it makes the most delicious, Wendy's frosty tasting, yummyness you'll ever taste .

Eventually I'm going to check out this recipe. I'll try to find a substitute for the panko crumbs if to high in carbs. Look delicious.

I use this stuff called Liqacel, it's 16oz of protein per 1oz shot. So I double up shots to add to my water. It's so good. I got sick of protein type milky shakes. Definitely makes a big difference killing two birds with one stone.

Definitely on both fronts. But I'm relaxing as much as I can, so not much energy being exerted. The gas pain first few days was not fun. It's slowly subsiding. Walking definitely helps. Good on ya, for getting in your requirements so quickly. I didn't wanna push my new pouch to fast to soon. It was speaking to me, so I chose to listen lol. Definitely glad I listened. No dumping at all ???? yay

Congratulations on being on losers bench now ???????????? How's your it going after surgery? Today has been my best day pain wise. I got in all fluid/protein requirements today for first time. I'm very excited about that so early on.

NUT hasn't said I needed just yet. I assume when I start adding more foods in I'll need. Nothing solid right now going in or out so I think it's the way it should be lol. How about you? Has your NUT or Dr said anything about it?

Measuring is the only way for me. I use My Fitness Pal app . Obviously me eyeing things got me to the weight I was at , so I figure why take the chance. It takes some getting used to but, it makes me feel confident I did everything correct and if any issues arise, I can look back and adjust accordingly.

I'm down 10 so far just this week since surgery and a total of 26, including my 2week pre-op. I didn't gain anything during hospital stay like some people do. I bet you are right about it being sodium related. I really watched my intake during pre-op diet, knowing how it bloats. Awesome. I also use the isopure unflavored no carb protein in my water. Just to keep it high protein all the way. I is definitely unflavored, just adds a very slight texture difference. Definitely a Yes for me. It's been tough not being able to use food in the way I used it before, my substitute for feelings, boredom, love etc.... I think it's going to be a very revealing journey, that always reveals something new everyday. I've chosen not to be the Hangry monster to my loved ones. A very conscious effort has to be made every moment to not slip. I notice it's gotten better with my attitude change. All positive thoughts nothing negative allowed. It just takes effort. I've really enjoyed meditating more now. It balances my moods better. Good luck with your journey.❤️ I agree. I realized today I really need to put the effort forward to be polite through this! Positive energy and that is all! It not only lifts your spirits but to those around you. We've taken on such a major life shift, a shift that will continually ebb and flow in all sorts of ways, that we need all the positive vibes we can keep around us, at all times.
