I've tried but I haven't found one that I like all the much. -
Thank you. Created one. Now lets see if it works.

Had my first fill today. It went really well. The doctor put 1 cc of Fluid in the band, I have a standard AP four ounce band. Did anyone feel an immediate difference in their band with the first filling? I can't tell the difference in mine. :help: By the way how do you get those neat weight loss trackers on your posts? Is it part of a signature line you created and if it is how do I create one? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I am a forty year old single woman living in Sacramento, CA. I am the Director of Membership for a professional medical association. I purchased my own home three years ago. I love reading, writing and vacationing. My favorite vacation spot is Las Vegas, although I do love cruises as well. Going on a cruise to Alaska this May. Really looking forward to that. I love sports, football, baseball, and hockey are my favorites. Go Raiders! I am a true die hard. I grew up in Oakland, CA with brief stints in Kansas City, Sacramento, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Stepfather was a truck driver, we went were he went. I have been overweight since high school. And finally decided enough was enough, after years of going up and down with one diet or another, it was time to get this under control.

Hi Jill, I think my doctor had me on the pretty standard diet. It was all Clear Liquids for the first week. The second week I could add creamy Soups, sugar free Jello pudding, and cream of wheat. The third I was able to add soft scrambled eggs, liverswurst, string cheese, oatmeal, fish as long as it was soft and moist. He also said that I could eat meats as long as they were pureed. I skipped that offer. As a meat lover I found that it offended my senses. The fourth week I added vegetarian sausages to my diet just so that I could have the taste of meat without actually having the calories or fat that go along with it. Morning Star Breakfast patties are great, they have 10 grams of Protein each and they are only 80 calories each. But now I'm back up to regular foods and everything seems to be going fine.

I think I'm doing pretty well. I'm down twenty-three pounds, which I think is pretty good. But I don't know anyone else have their surgery about the same time? How are you doing with the diet. I find myself struggling to stay on track. I am a serious red meat eater and I miss it soo much!

Hi Longhorn, Glad to hear your doing so well. I wish I could stay away from the scale but I haven't been able to yet. It's good to know that there's a group of people at exactly the stage you are that you can interact with. I look forward to post with all of you.
