I just have steamed broccoli and spinach with my chicken. If you can't do that I'd use a nutriblast and drink the spinach with some blueberries. -

Does anyone else have some sort of anxiety over this? I am so happy that I'm doing it. But then I ask myself, did I really do everything I could before going forward with surgery? I know I did, but why am I questioning myself over and over again!?

@@nanita0516 I will also be on clear liquids the day before surgery. Id say just stay strong and remember why you're doing this. My friend who is 3 days post op told me just follow the rules because all that will happen is you will be in more pain after surgery. She cheated and ate, she couldn't tell me enough how much she regret it. She is in way better shape now.

I couldn't sleep either! I am so tired this morning. Doctor said to try my best to get 8 hours of sleep. Im just so anxious and nervous.@@jesshero -

teamfattdenmom holiday party was tough! Im glad its over, haha. I did not cheat so I am very proud of myself. I had veggies and 4 oz of protein! For "dessert" I had strawberries and blue berries while everyone had ice cream and chocolate brownies and it didn't phase me as much as I thought it would.
