    Divasue. You are right afternoon weight shows me 3lbs heavier than am weight

    What's the best time to weigh.. morning weight is different than afternoon weight. My home scale shows 197 lbs but at doctors it shows 202lbs... confused

    yes am supposed to be on soft foods so I drink soups and protein shakes

    Hi I got my procedure done on 24th lost about 15lbs.. am able to eat about 1/2 of liquids... but feel uncomfortable right after any advice? I feel guilty afterwards. .
