    I had gastric sleeve surgery on 9th Dec (one month back) . I still get winded and get pain if I try to bend or pick up anything from floor or pick anything which is more than few pounds. Can the veterans please advise what exercises can I do ?

    I underwent gastric sleeve surgery on 9th December'14. Can anyone please tell me the activity, body motion (i.e. bending, walking down the stairs etc.) and exercises to avoid post surgery and for how long?

    Good luck to everyone who is having surgery today or tomorrow. Mine is also late in the afternoon so I can understand the concern on not being able to drink. I am also worried about going into hypoglycemic shock. Where are you located?
