    Hi all I've lost 117 pounds. And plateaued at 12 months is this normal? Is now the time I should start worrying about regaining? Just need some words of encouragement I guess.

    84lbs is a huge loss. It's easy to look at the negatives but think about all the positives!! You've actually lost weight where before you've not been able to. I mean what is normal? Nothing! I think that as long as you get healthy you'll be happy. Maybe have a talk to your counsellor, sometimes all you need is a little positive reinforcement. Think about how far you've come. YOU did that. No one else ☺️

    Hi I had a wisdom tooth out two days ago and was given codeine to cope with pain. I took the recommended dosage of two tablets and ended up having the most intense stomach pains (sort of like gall bladder attack). Should I have taken less? It went away after awhile but it's not something I'd like to repeat.

    No he didn't know. Stupid me didn't think to say anything. I tried half a tablet and it seemed to be ok. I'll talk to my doc today

    Sleeved three months and have lost pounds so far. Is this ok? I feel I've eaten a lot of junk over Xmas and just need a self-esteem boost.

    @@Bobby46 I think I'm in the same boat. I've had a few bits of chocolate and cake and I've know just gone and thrown it all in the bin. My kids won't miss it they generally only eat what's available anyway especially fruit & cheese. It's easy to get down so I am thankful for BP
