Yes allowed boiled egg or cottage cheese between shakes if I must. Also do have sugar free jello but still feel starved at times. -

This diet is getting the best of me
Ready set go! posted a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My surgeon had me start the 2 protein meal replacements shakes and one meal a day. I can have small snack in between IF I feel hungry. Okay so first week was great I was on track doing fab. Now sometimes I feel like I'm starving. I've got 2 more months before surgery and feel like I'm failing more and more each day. I knew going into this it wasn't going to be easy. Hoping after the surgery I don't have that hunger. Side note.... Only need to lose 10 lbs. I have! I drink drink drink water thinking that would help with hunger and does a little but I'm struggling. Can anyone relate to this? Any suggestions for me? -

No reason why I assumed it was routine. -

I assumed this was routine because I was never told of any issues that would need ugh an early start on this diet. -

I recommend protizyme in the peanut butter cookie flavor. Amazing! -
I had MANY food funerals and the scale showed it???? gained 7 lbs in 2 months. In my defense it was during thanksgiving. I'm back on track and am now losing again.

Seen my NUT today and my surgeon and they want me to start 2 protein shakes one small meal a day diet now. I'm freaking out because surgery is still close to 3 months out. Anyone have to start so soon?

So I have Illinois medicaid and am in the process of my 6 month physician supervised diet. I don't feel like my doctor is documenting my attempts at weight loss very well. She more or less writes weight loss of how ever much and then continue exercise and portion control. That's it. Will Illinois still approve me with this type of documentation?
