Had my visit with Dr today and all is looking good. I had NO problems after surgery and have been able to slowly introduce foods. I was down 17 lbs today from surgery day. WOW! Feeling good and looking forward to my transformation this year.

Well I had my surgery yesterday. Everything went great and I am feel very good. Not much pain only a little tenderness around the incision areas. Have some discomfort in my should but they warned me of that. Anyway I am excited that I am now on the other side of surgery and feeling good.

Mine was outpatient so I was only at the hospital a total of 5 hours. I was given pain meds but honestly have not needed them. I took a dose the first night just to help me make sure that I got good rest but other than that have a need them at all.

Yeah mine was the 19th. I am feeling good but am experiencing the shoulder pain. Although it is starting to fade away. I am excited
