No carbs is a big key to success with the sleeve. I am now on 60g of protein a day - all lean protein - chicken, fish, tunafish - some low fat no fat cottage cheese. No yogurt even if it's greek. Vegetables are secondary - I have a few with dinner. No pasta, bread, rice. I also get at least 2 miles on the treadmill 5 days a week. The scale is moving once again!
