OK, what about post-VSG Vitamins? What is everyone pre-buying?

It IS tough to take those pics! But I think they will be very important to us later. I am scheduled for Feb 4, so I will be one of the first Feb Sleevers. I promise to post as soon as possible, and I will be completely honest about the experience. No sugar coating (and I hope no over exaggerating about pain levels levels). I just love this forum, it is starting to feel like an extended family!

Sounds great! I live on the beach near Galveston, Crystal Beach to be exact. Where you from? I am self pay, so no weight loss requirements pre-surgery.

Ok, I have 6 grandkids who are infamous for bringing nasty stomach viruses with them when they come to visit. How do you cope with a stomach virus post-VSG? I know, I am a worry-wart....

Is that like Airborne? A preventative?

Notice the little germ-carriers in the pic! Thats the 4 sons and the 3 grandsons. There are 3 grandgirls and 3 daughter-in-laws added to the mix.

I am having VSG 2/4 in Tijuana, Dr. alejandro lopez at Vida hospital. Staying at the Marriot. I am Eating Everything! It's like I am having little food funerals! You know, like I am not going to be able to eat fudge next Christmas, so I MUST eat 12 pieces RIGHT NOW! We leave in a few days for a cruise and I just know I am going to pig out! I guess I am relying on the 2 week pre-op to wash away all my sins! I have zero control right now! I have found a really good Protein shake, the Arbonne chocolate. Very filling. I did it for a week after Thanksgiving just to see if I could do it and I did just fine. Lost 7 pounds! Then, FUDGE HAPPENED!

Ha! Hang in there! I start my protein-shake-a-palooza Jan 19!

ONE MONTH from today I will be leaving for Tijuana!! SOOO ready for this!

I am having VSG in early February, in Tijuana. I am really afraid that I will just "eat past" my sleeve. How are the sugar/carb cravings? Any tips?
