Been off the wagon and gained 31 lbs over the last year! I got down to 211 and plateaued and slipped back into grazing and eating the wrong stuff. I started today back on a diet and more regular walking..

Thanks guys! One day back on the wagon and I already see a 2lb drop in weight, exactly what I need for motivation so I stick with it. It's crazy how complacent I became with the gain, I kept thinking...ah I work that off eventually... then I hit 242 and the alarm bells FINALLY started ringing. I drank just two 8 oz glasses of Unjury (for breakfast & lunch) and ate a healthy dinner, no grazing, no sugar & a fast hour long walk. I just ordered two more containers of the Chocolate Splendor Unjury, so there's no excuses of not having it around.

*Seafood Buffet* I just came back from two weeks down in Myrtle Beach, while there my wife wanted to hit one of the many seafood buffets there. We dont go out to eat at all, so this would be a treat being that we were on vacation. I made sure to stick with the expensive stuff, not to fill up on mashed potatoes or the like. I ate crab legs, oysters, shrimp & bacon wrapped scallops, I didn't push it at all The whole time I was sitting there I was thinking to myself, boy I could've made these people real sorry had I came here before the sleeve surgery

For decades I was always the one behind the camera taking the pics, I hated seeing pics of myself due to the weight slaping me in the face, some how the mirror lied to me that I still looked ok/good even. Pictures told the truth and I hated them. I went from that to now buying my own selfie stick, who would've thought... I've become quite the ham lately

Wow, no longer doing the knee pain shuffle down stairs, you know walking sideways down the stairs trying to put too much weight on the railing to take some off your knees. Oncw I hit 260 my knees no longer hurt and I'm able to walk straight down the stairs now. It's been years since I was able to do that. It's scary what you get used to....
