Feeling nausea and vomiting syptoms ..

Hi all, I was sleeved in AUS on the 22/11. I wouldnt want to add a facebook group but would be happy to have a whats app group that we could add and join ? Please let me know if anyone would be interested and I may be able to setup a group that would allow us to communicate all types of media !!

Howdy fellow sleevers Cindy and Elode, pleasure to meet you ! I have to say.. this site has been a heaven send and has helped me during the times when I felt like no one else knew how I was feeling !! Hows the recovery so far gals ? any hints tips for the liquid phase ? my NUT and practise manager are both quite strict on the things we can and cannot do, but I am also finding that a lot of great products are hard to come by "down unda" I would love to be able to sip on a Protein ice!! the closest thing I have found to this is the Isopure, which isnt too bad at all, but the flavours of the protein ice sound spectacular !

I have to say it was quite the experience for me, I am feeling mediocre on the Full liquid diet which I will be on until my next surgeon appointment which is three weeks away, so a total of 4 weeks liquid diet I am trying to persevere through as positively as possible !! Hoping that all our healing goes well !! My new years resolution is to be fit, happy and healthy ! Wish all of you the best ! and if anyone else is in the same phase as I and would like to chat please dont hesitate !! I would love to speak with American sleevers as well especially recently completed and veterans, see what differences / similarities in the advice from each surgeon and help and support we can give each other !!
