wow wtg miss mona i to have alot weight to lose as you did,how many fills have you had?and what size lap band did u get?if u dont mind me asking,whats a meal youd eat a reg day?i walk 2 miles almost everyday,i snaeka candy at night,is only problem ik have.this last fill i did like dr said went 2 days liquids then soft then food.the fill before i didnt and i had alot problems,well any tips u have id love to know and wtggggggggg on that lose,you look great
