Thank you all for responding to my first post and I apologize for taking so long to respond. I have been having an ongoing problem and went for a test next thing I know they were taking me in the ER and admitting me into the hospital. Thank God everything is fine and I am home. I will respond to each post as soon as I get some rest in my BED. Again thank you all.

Today is my first time visiting this site and my first year anniversary. A year ago I had a gastric bypass bypass and I have lost 75 lbs. I try not to eat much carbs and I stay away from sugar. This has keep my weigh down and my greatest challenge is getting my next 20 lbs off. After getting the initial weigh off I find it difficult to rid the last 20 lbs. This is my challenge until I really put my mind to this task. My surgeon is Dr. Ramsey Dallal at Elkins Park Einstein Hospital.
