    how far out are u? U made need more water or up your servings. I'm trying that myself to see if it makes a difference

    I had my surgery November 10th. I'm in stage 4. I'm like Kareesa Weir wheeler, hungry ask the time, but I ignore it lol. I eat my 3 meals a day and drink my water and protien.
