For those that had surgery with pre-op weight in 220's

I did the same thing... I was 218 at surgery... Doubted me having surgery... I was losing fine on the preop diet... I could do it myself... Then I thought... Doing it myself for all these years has gotten me to 218... I'm glad I went through with it!!! -

I'm a week postop... On the clear liquid diet and I am so tired of it already... Any ideas on food clear things to eat I am living on water tea broth and ice pops and my favorite Jelep so if you could let me know what you guys have done for the postop liquid diet that could help me!!

Hey! I had mine 4 days ago.... Feeling good... But the gas is horrible!! Finally passing it, and can yawn without hurting! I am also sleeping reclined... Onto the next step...

Hi! Just had surgery 3 days ago... They put in a drain.... Took it out when I was released... That was easy!!!
