I'm 13 months post op but still have mind games with food. Sounds so stupid but I said no to pizza and waited until I got home to eat a left over thanksgiving turkey wrap (on low carb tortilla) It was delicious and full of protein. Love that I can beat that mind game! It is hard though. Just thought I share my goofiness...♡♡
