  1. Greetings All, My name is John and I am getting ready for my sleeve in about 9 days. I am incredibly nervous, but not so much about the surgery. I'm kind of a foodie, which has been part of the reason that I've allowed myself to balloon up to almost 300lbs. I am excited to be a part of a group of people who have or will have experienced this as well. I'm currently doing my pre-op diet and my wife raised the question to me... I feel like the doctor told me that Part Skim Ricotta was ok as part of if, but now I'm second guessing myself.

    Greetings All

    Thank you. I'm getting more nervous about the perception of what I can have after the sleeve. My doctor told me that in time I'll be able to enjoy the things I LOVE now (ie. Pasta, pizza, wings, Chinese food, beer, etc.) but in much greater moderation. Is that accurate?
