having trouble with crushed meds and chewable calcium postop!

I am 12 days postop and still having trouble with nausea when taking my crushed meds and especially the large chewable Calcium tabs. Any suggestions or ideas to help get these down more easily?? I just joined this site and think the support and ideas from everyone will be extremely helpful - Thank you! Penny
