Hi! I'm a prefessioonal tarot card reader, painter, singer, and handcrafted jewelry maker. I got fat from a hormonal imbalance after I had my daughter more than 30 years ago. I'd never considered Bariatric surgery as a solution, because I have never been an over-eater. I have always eaten healty, natural foods, and I don't like sweet things much. However, while hospitalized for pulmonary embolism a year and a half ago, a surgeon explained to me that Gastric Sleeving would indeed help me, so I forged ahead. I worked for a year to get the surgery. I went to every meeting and support group I could find. I researched and planned and prepared to the best of my ability. After dieting a full year, and, of course, losing no weight - even on the pre-op diet, I was even MORE ready to take this journey! I had my Gastric Sleeve done on November 26th, 2014. 4 days ago :D
