Hi Everyone, I'm not sure if I'm eating to much? I have a 10cc band and have had 3 fills .. so far 6.75 cc's added to the band. I can still eat a pretty decent sized meal and I'm wondering if I'm eating too much. I do get the feeling of being full and stop but I don't want to strech my pouch. I had surgery 10/23/07 and I mainly eat lean meats and veggies! I've lost 38lbs in almost 4 months ... Am I on schedule? Just wanted some thoughts from everyone!! bigron

Thanks for the reply Cowboys fan (although I'm in NY) Jets fan but also watch the GIANTS!! It just seems like my surgeon said I would be eating a lot less, maybe my next fill will get me over the hump. bigron

Hey everyone, Just wanted to say hi and join in on the posts. I was banded 3 weeks ago, have a million questions and was directed to this site. I'm very straight forward and welcome any good advice .. nice to meet you all and I'll see whats out there!! bigron

I've been banded since 10/23 and have lost 27 pounds ... the weight loss has tailed off and I'm scheduled for my first fill on 11/28. Does it usually go this way? I know in the beginning I was having 3 oz meals, but now I'm eating food again. I'm eating less than in the past, but much more than right after surgery.. I was 385 and I'm now down to 358 and have 123lbs to go!! I was direted from someone on the OH site and it is my pleasure to meet you!! :whoo::whoo::whoo: Ron
