    Hi,Ladies I've been a memeber of lapband talk since 2007 but, just decided to have surgery on 11/11/08. started dieting on 10/13/08 and pre-op diet on 10/28/08. Today I am one week post-op and lost a total of 34lbs. My doctor suggested liquids two weeks post-op but I started mushie food about 3 days ago. Is that okay? Is it okay to drink unsweetend apple juice?
