Hello Everyone! I am scheduled for Jan 9 and I am very very excited to start this ride. My wife of 18 years is behind me and such a great support system. I have struggled with weight my entire life. I am ready for some help with this roller coaster ride. With her help and all the support from this forum I know I can do it.... We all can!!!! We are the Great Loosers of 08!!! Congrats Everyone and lets do this! Go Gators!!!!

I have scheduled my Lap Band for Jan 10 with Dr. Kuri. So thanks everyone for the post. The pillow is a great idea thanks.... and fiber for sure! Where are you guys now in your progress?

Jennifer I am going 1-10 to Kuri my cost covers everything except airfare to San Diego and the cost is $8500. I will keep you updated on my surgery. Esmerelda I am glad everything has been going well. IF you have any hints would appreciate very much.

I am going in Jan to Dr. Kuri and I have done lots of research you hear about him and Ortiz the most. Both have loads of experience and price is a little lower with Kuri. I choose Kuri because I like the idea of staying in a hospital. Kuri does his procedure out of Hospital Angeles and it is brand new and up to date.

Bloo Eyes I am scheduled with Dr. Kuri on 1/9/08 in TJ Mexico. Very exciteded! I am 331 now and I exercise at least 4 days a week at the gym. I am hoping that will help get the weight off when I am banded. If you have any helpful hints... PLEASE!!!
