Hello everyone! My name is Bekah and I am in the beginning stages of the process to have the VSG. For insurance purposes, I had to have 6 months of medically supervised diet documentation along with other tests. I have just completed my diet documentation, along with all of the tests, and hopefully will be hearing from my insurance co. soon! I have researched and debated about getting WLS for five years now and am so excited it's finally happening! My surgeon is Dr. Steely in Clarksville, TN. He has done some of my co-workers surgeries and they were successful, that is why I chose him as my surgeon. I'm looking forward to being a part of an online community and chatting with others who are going through the same journey!
