what surgery can I SAY i'm having?

I told my surgeons office that I am keeping the type of surgery private from my employer. Privacy laws protect us from having to disclose this information for any reason. I told them that I have problems with my heart, too much me is the problem ????, and that my surgery is to make my heart healthier. I just don't want to share this with everyone...

    Sleep apnea and getting surgery

I definitely agree with what everyone has said, it does take a bit to get used to. The ramp up feature will help you to have an easier time adjusting to the air pressure. I am usually sound asleep before it increases pressure so I never even know it happens. Make sure to use it if you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, too. I hated the idea at first, but after two months, now I love the constant air movement. When I was recently sick with a head cold it actually helped me sleep much better with a bunch if congestion. Just know that it is normal to have some ear fullness each time you turn the air on and swallow. You are just pressurizing your head. Good luck and get some good sleep!

    Unjury shake questions

I have used the Unjury unflavored in a smoothie mix (Unjury, 8oz milk and a couple of berries) and mixed in with Crystal Light. It looks a bit strange, but it tastes alright.
