<p>My name is Dawn. I will be 43 in Dec. I am married (20 yrs.) in May. With 3 WONDERFUL kids. I am 5 ft 2 in tall and about 200 lbs. I had an aneurysm when I was 19 yrs old. My dad passed away to Congestive Heart Failure & Diabetes at the young age of 47. I have found that I hate being in my 40's and feel that my body is FALLING APART! Oh wait that's because it is :(</p><p>I found this sight by surfing the web. </p><p>I see the surgeon on Monday November 24, 2014. When I am done visiting with the Surgeon he will then send a letter and all my records to BCBS of ND. Then I HURRY UP & WAIT to see if it is approved or not!!</p><p>I have TONS of questions!! I hope to find answers to some of those questions on this site :)</p><p> </p>
