yep I know what you mean, I have been looking around the internet to find something to help change my mind set because I know this what I need to work on. The way we think is the way we act and visa versa.

Yes, I agree with everything said.....I am new here and 4 years out..... It is exciting to hear someone talking about having this done it brings me back to my beginning...I did lose 110 and am still there...Thank God...... Anyway just do what they say the best you can but be kind to your self and remember 1 day at a time..... -
Yes, I can relate....the more I give in to the craving the worse it gets...and I am getting scared now because I am at the top of the 10 pound limit and have went into another size of clothes yet I keep eating.......I know I have to stop.....It is so scarey.

I am new on this site as of tonight, just looking around. I had my lapband surgery 4 years out and have stayed pretty much the same after loosing from 286 to 170...I have been up and down 10 but I am at the top of that 10 now and am getting scared because I am feeling out of control lately...thought I better start talking about it now. I know you all could help...thanks for listening to me and congrats to all of you ...this is not a easy road for any of us.
