I am feeling down, I lost 14lbs in 10 days and then nothing. I have followed the program and coming up on day 21. I feel like everyone has lost more!

I was sleeved on Nov 3 and lost 14 lbs in the first 2 weeks. Then when I started on food, I gained 2 lbs. Has anyone else experienced this?
