Just wanted to get an update... Have you seen your Dr.?
-
So other than when you eat... Do you ever feel your band any other way?
-
It's weird because sometimes if I take a deep breath... I can feel a "click"... No other way to express it... I had a follow up last week and the nurse said "well there is a band in there... You'll feel it here and there" so I was curious if this happened to anyone else
-
How do you overcome your mental hunger or "sport eating"? Tips/techniques
-
I agree... Amazing advice
-
Yes!!! I know I've been a little under stress lately and I've noticed old habits creeping back... So frustrating!! I've thought about going to a lap band support group but it's over an hour away... Need my will power back

I got banded April 2013... I've lost 90lbs from a size 18/20 to a 12.... Lately I've noticed a feeling in my breastbone area... Not all the time just every once in a while and it will catch me off guard. Sometimes it's a pinch or like a inner thump/click... ? Best way I can describe it lol Is that normal? Or does anyone else experience that? I don't wanna run to a follow up and it be nothing... It hasn't caused any issues or anything but it has gotten my attention
-
Thank yall so much!! I was feeling super guilty and scared all at once... I woke up today and decided to have an on point day with my food ???? Thank yall for the encouragement
-
So I totally failed at eating today I know I ate way too much. This was pretty much my first time in a big group setting and well I guess I was wondering.... How do you handle these kind of occasions? I am usually really good about measuring my food etc and I guess I'm a little freaked out that I was able to eat A LOT more than I usually allow myself... Has this happened to anyone? I'm freaking out just a little because now that it's done I'm questioning if I ruined my pouch or aided in a slippage lol I know it might sound silly but just being honest

Hey I had a quick question... And it might sound silly When you are having soup broth or a creamy soup Do yall measure liquids? Yogurts? Will it hurt if I don't? Just curious and wanted to hear yalls opinions
