Ok im a lil over 4 weeks post, my surgeon has me taking this pure protein liquid called P18. I really cant stand it!!!! Could I just comsume my proteins with a sake or somethin else. ?!?!?!

Me neither, by the first 2 weeks I was on Clear Liquids still... check with your surgeon, ur new stomach might not be ready for that minimal thickness yet, I was on broths, and Jello was the only thin thick I could have. Good luck with everything, this is a new chapter and keep us posted on your progress.

I just had surgery 10/21/14. Ive been thru the ups and downs and while I cannot wait for a new ME I am struggling to stay at the guidelines, this is in no way easy. I've lost about 25 pounds and ppl and my support system can tell... I am just happy to be on the road, I do crave the attention of looking good, being able to work out and not get tired. Now that im here it's the time to make it count...
