I am on a regular diet now. Just can only have chicken turkey or fish. No red meat or pork for 6 months. I usually try to eat an egg for breakfast salad for lunch and then supper. Which tonight I had a mini chicken quesadilla. Measuring like 2 inches in length. I drive k water but occasionally drink grape juice or Apple juice. I take Flintstone vitamins and b12. Just can't seem to find energy to do much of anything. I work for our local school district and I have two jobs. So I am wondering if that might be part of it too.b
