Day 3 here and woke up also with a sore throat and runny nose! Went straight to the dr and was told my allergies are acting up so doubling up on my meds :-)

Ok day 3 is not being nice to me :-( woke up feeling so ill, constantly nauseous.

March 25th here...day 2 of pre-op. -
Start my pre-op next week and dr is wanting a sugar free whey protein. I found Isopure online at half the cost it is in the store. Would anyone recommend it? Thoughts, pros, cons,?? Any and all responses would be appreciated. Thanks.

Day 1 done! So glad I get to eat one meal a day....not sure I could do this if I had to only drink shakes.

Ok, so my first Isopure shake did not stay down :-( Going to have a premium protein for lunch and try again tomorrow. Sucks to start off my pre-op this way.

My surgery is the 25th so starting my pre-op tomorrow. I like the chocolate premier protein also, but for pre-op I have to use a zero carb zero sugar so I'm going with Isopure. Good luck with pre-op!! -
Having my one and only food funeral tomorrow before starting my pre-op on Wednesday. Going to my favorite place of all times and having my favorite meal. It's not totally unhealthy (fish tacos) but the bread they bring out before dinner is divine.....lol

So I have my approval, but no date. Waiting on the results of my EGD. I have Barretts Esophagus and am hoping that we can proceed with the bypass but fear has me in its grip...woke up having a nightmare that they told me I have stomach cancer or some weird disease. I normally don't have nightmares but when I do have one it has to be so real!!

I will post the site when I get home... I found it at GNC but they want 80.00 whereas it was 45.00 online. That's for a 3lb jug. Is that a good price??
