Finishing up the pre op diet....surgery Wednesday. It went by quick for me. Just stay busy :-)

Same date here....and I was told 2 night stay. -
I have to start my magnesium at 2 the day before and if nothing happens by 6 I have to drink a second bottle. So not looking forward to it!

Down 9 lbs since I started my pre op....I have 2 premier protein shakes and a high protein dinner. -

Day 9 and I'm allowed one meal but have not been hungry...just drinking an extra shake. -
I live in Lakeland and am using Dr. Murr.

I'm scheduled for the 25th, next Wednesday. My emotions right now are off the chart! Not only am I hungry....day 8 of pre op diet but I am still feeling yucky from a sinus infection. Trying to stay positive but it's hard to do. Ready for it to just be done already!

I'm only 45 minutes from the hospital. I'm having surgery in Tampa.

No the zpak is an antibiotic for the sinus infection.

My pre-op is 2 shakes, I use ready to drink Premier Protein. One snack....usually a greek yogurt then 4-6ozs of protein and 1 cup of veggies for dinner. It's going ok, I am constantly drinking water so I haven't really felt like I'm starving or anything. -

Was given a Zpak also...hoping it clears up quick. Pre op appt is thurs. -
Day 4 not to bad...stayed busy all day and didn't really think about food to much.
