Hi, my name is Carol, I am 59 years old and had my surgery October 1st.  Things have been going very well.  I am back to exercising in the pool two days a week. My daughter and finally the Spine specialist talked me into having the surgery and I am very glad I did.  I am looking forward to getting back to using my nutribullet once they give me permission.  I am looking forward to getting to know more of you and sharing my journey with someone who knows what I am going through.  I enjoy working a food pantry once a month and in the summer I work a monthly chicken BBQ raising money for our food pantry.  Love to laugh and just looking forward to enjoying my life more.  KEEP SMILING
