Hello Ladies, and Gent! Of course, everyday i look forward to the posts from all of you. I have shared having the wls with many people who i am very close too.. i find their support needed to help me to my goal. My circle of family and friends always knew I struggle with my weight for years, so they are sharing my journey to better health. They knew i suffered from depression, Sudden Cardiac Death, cardiac arrhythmia, and other fun health issues..so, hopefully at some point you can share with pride, because this walk is NO picnic, but the results are a better quality of life. Hugs to all!

I agree! I feel like thats the moment I'm waiting/hoping for. I have this image of myself that im waiting to filfill. Its an image of me in jeans with a tucked in white t-shirt/nice ahows. I think this casual look on a woman is a casual. And my other image is a classy dress with a hint of sexy. Ive kept these images in my heart and mind for years. It is sooo comforting to know its within mu reach. My birthday is in June, so this would be a very intimate gift to myself.

Misstvb, I share your emotions! What a victory, and I know its more to go to become victorious! I started my weight loss crusade at 321. I weighed today at 234. 13lbs to 100lbs lost. Too surreal! Logically, I know im losing. I'm doing well in this transition, BUT I don't see it yet.. do you have those feelings?

I am so sorry your feeling frustrated and sad about your hair loss. I've always used Nioxin products. And I added biotin to my daily supplement routine. I hope this helps. Hang in there! You're gorgeous, intelligent and deserving to be your best!

Luna, what a horrible experience! But, your experience has given me the insight to not try the energy shots. Good thing you didnt tell the cart guy that you were dumping! That was funny! I do not miss vomiting or any of those side effects. I still eat too fast.. it's a behavior im still working on!

@ dc, well said Beni! Pls make an appt to see your surgeon. Depression is a serious condition. I'm on anti depressants, and it really helps me stay in a brighter frame of mind. If you deal with the low moods, your journey in the new chapter of your life will become better. Be kind to yourself and call your MD. Hugs!

Thanks Beni for your encouragement! Well, the scale moved this am, one less lb. to go! In terms of exercise/movement, im doing well I live in the Houston Texas area, so the weather is perfect to walk, ride bikes, etc.. sorry East Coasters! But, I think its time for me to increase my a activity level for better results! Honestly, this group is amazing sounding board! When i talk to family or friends, the smile and nod their heads, but in my heart im saying, you guys just dont get it. Bless their hearts! Last night I watched, My 600 pound Life! My heart sank!! It could have been me if I didn't take action!

It sounds like you are doing well! I think cooking in abundance, and freezing is a very organized way of doing things since we can't eat alot. For me, I cook a healthy meal almost everyday for my husband and I. When we go out to eat, if I dont eat from his plate, I order from the kids menu. From reading from everyones post, I think we're ALL???? doing extremely well. Big pats on the backs folks!
