    Just Started my liquid diet And don't know what to eat? so far i drank the nasty shakes. I've been told that i can eat only 2 cups of vegetables a day. what can i eat? beside vegetables? I'm not satisfied.

    Yes! i have the same fear. I'm getting the band done on Nov.26 but the doctors told me that they never had death. so i trust them,and god!
