@BLERDgirl It's a diet/pouch reset that I have seen people here talk about. Day 1-2: Liquid protein (shakes, broth, clear/cream soups, sf jello & pudding) Day 3: Soft protein (canned fish/chicken/turkey, eggs, fresh soft fish, cheese sticks) Day 4: Firm protein (ground meats, fish/shellfish), Day 5: Solid protein (White meat poultry, steak, turkey) You can find info here: http://5daypouchtest.com/plan/theplan.html
