Any November sleevers ?
Karessa Weir Wheeler replied to sofianoemi's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I am so hungry, I wake up at night with hunger pains. Not sure what to do about it except keep eating every two hours and keep trying to get the liquids in. I am getting more than enough protein but still feel like I'm starving most of the time, even on pureed food. -
My weight loss journey

Myfitnesspal here as well, linked to Pacer to keep track of my steps. I would recommend keeping the dogs around. You need to walk, walk, walk and the dogs will get you moving even when you don't feel like it. But honestly every time I feel sick at all, especially after eating, a walk even around the house helped a lot. -
That is a rough week. I hope you are feeling better soon.

Two-week post-op hunger pains?
Karessa Weir Wheeler posted a topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
HI there. I was sleeved Nov. 10 and for the first week was happily not hungry but today I am noticing definite hunger pains. I am still on full liquids but have already consumed 90 g of protein, 48 oz of water and more than 700 calories. I'm afraid that the great results won't last if I'm going to feel like this all the time. Has anyone else experienced it? Any advice on how to fight them off? Sipping water like crazy! Thanks! -
Two-week post-op hunger pains?

Thank you! I will try Cream of Wheat! That's a great idea. I'm so surprised the Protein shakes don't satisfy me for longer. I knew I would have to deal with "head hunger" but this feels just like the old me. -

Hello all. Mine was Nov. 10. I would love to hear how all of you are feeling. I am very surprised at how good I feel. No nausea, no reflux. The only time I feel badly is when I forget and gulp down water. Then it hurts :-) Are you still on full liquids?
