We had a lunchen today and I was asked to help set up, no biggy right, untill they asked me to cut an Italian Cream Cake. I was doing really good thinking wow this isn't even that bad. (pre-op liquid diet day 2) But when I finished I automatically licked my fingers. All I could think of was Dr G said he would know if I cheated. Funny how things run through our heads. Ja

That is actually on my Dr's list of things you can drink. It's the no added sugar kind.
