The weight just came up on me and I don't know where from. I asked my doctor and she said am I eating to much and I said I don't believe so. She said well they don't come from the air so you must be. I have noticed that I late night snack more than anything. I stopped weighting in cause I was getting super upset about it.

Take a deep breath ..could be a me of water weight and stress...digestion...get some dieters tea and reboot with protein shakes and more water.

Check your carbs. They can really sneak up on you. Go back on your pre-op diet for a while. Some of it may be water weight but it's doubtful that all 10 lbs is water weight.
