best of luck to you my depression came after ,my surgery, because I got scheduled so quick I guess it was not such a big deal till the day of and the first weeks after my surgery, but I would not change a thing and life is so much better when you loose even just a little of the excess weight. once again best of luck I know the pre-op diet can really suck but follow it to a T its totally worth it in the long run.

Thanks. I was completely ok until this week and I hit a slump think the longer it is the harder it is. I'm just ready to really get it started.

mine hit me a wk after to. I cried off an on for a few wks..just moments though nothing big..alot is hormonal changes. expect it! hang in there..Im 5 months out would NOT change a thing soo worth it! I went thru soo many differant emotions the 2 wks before. even to the wheeling to the surgery room..but I knew I was ready for the big change..hang in there
