@@Swampdoggie I've taken measurements since I started my weight loss and do so every Monday. I would not be concerned about the stall if I was seeing some changes in that department too, but I haven't seen a change in that area either. That is why I'm choosing to go back to the basics and see if maybe I'm not getting enough protein in or I'm simply eating to much. When I see a change in either I will be happier with my situation. My expectations for my weight loss are realistic but when you start at so much heavier the weight loss should come a lot easier and it isn't, its note for concern.
