Lol I have been wanting to cave so much today and I didnt. I am allowed to eat 4-6 oz of meat and 4 oz of veggies. So I did my shakes throughout the day and stayed as busy as possible lol -
I dont know why but the closer surgery gets for me I want to call and say no way not coming. I'm probably reading way to much about all the bad. Does anyone have any advise to get me out of this funk?

My doctor told me that after surgery I'd feel like I wasnt hungry for a while but to make sure I drank my shakes. Maybe you should go to a support group? That may help with your depression! And im sure you wont always feel like that! . Maybe try walking on a tredmill have you lost any weight?

I too am allowed the little amounts of food but not to much. I'm starting my preop diet on Tuesday! Has it gotten any easier for you? How are you doing?
