@@MISSORLANDOPLUSAMERICA2011 I am in the medical field so I plan to stock up on meds in Tijuana. I have not told my primary care dr about my vsg yet, so I want to get some things for post op care just in case. I want to get injectable b12 ( for energy), protonix ( many us doctors recommend using this for 6 months post op for gerd prevention), and ursodiol ( to help protect the gallbladder as rapid weight loss can kill your gallbladder). I plan to go to one of the pharmacies on Revolution st at some point and if you are interested you should come with me.

Oh no!! I didn't even think of having to take out my piercings!! I'll have to go get my septum piercing out because its hard for me to get it out myself.

I've started my preop diet today. I'm starting a week early, but I think that's for the best. This way I have some wiggle room.
