Congrats! I just hit 220.8 this morning and did the same thing. I bagged up all the size 20s and XXL shirts. :smile: -
I drink coffee w/ skim milk every day now. I never want breakfast, so at least I get some calcium. I drink the strong stuff and it doesn't boter my tummy. But, I still can't drink diet coke.

My 4th fill did the trick - the 3rd got me close. It took me almost 3 months to get there but now I am losing 3.5lb a week (for the 5th week in a row).
