Please please please any one in Australia What are some good protein shakes? I hate optifast but anything other ones I'm willing to try my surgery is in 2 months and I would love to stock up on the shakes I like

Hey I made it out fine because of the time difference i 've been in hospital for 2 nights this is my third night now no pain just had vomiting so had to stay in an extra day

Yeah so lucky it's not just liquids and I'm starting to feel nervous as well

I get 2 optifasts a day plus 50g of protein 2 a day for snacks and a meal of 100 g of protein with non starchy veges but no fruit

Hey! My surgery is on the 12th as well i live in south east Queensland. so great to find someone with the same date! My dietitian said I could start on the 27th luckily, so I got my last christmas feast. I interested to know what you pre op diet is? Everyones pre-op seems to be different

Hi I'm Kaitie, I am a 20 year old university student from Queensland Australia, Im 120 kg so I think thats around 265 lbs and 159 cm or 5'2 I have been over weight my whole life, the chubby middle child in-between my two gorgeous and thin sisters. I have tried everything under the sun and have finally made the decision to have a gastric sleeve. looking for any tips/ pieces of advice for preparing for before and after surgery and anyones weight loss stories in general

This is a bit of a weird one but I am 20 years old and going in for weight loss surgery in January and my mum is freaking out about the risks and how permanent the surgery is. Any advice on how to show my mum this is a good lifelong choice I need to make
