Help... 4 days out from surgery with no weight loss since before it. Still very gassy, but it is finally passing. Drinking the 2 4oz shakes a day and flavored water, so I'm getting the liquids in. Started going out for longer periods yesterday for walking and got very dizzy several times. I'm taking my vitamins,,, not sure what to do next? Any ideas or similar experiences? Help...

Great ideas, I'm drinking more water, but it has to be flavored for some reason, I'm not tolerating it without since the surgery.
