How did that make you feel?

I was actually shocked because it's not the first time the same person has said something to me about my weight loss. She said it as if I am looking like a crackhead, but I really think people are noticing me more now, and since I'm smaller I guess I look very different. I can deal with that portion, but to hear I am wasting away just made me feel funny. Especially when the statement was followed up with, "help me out, tell me what you're doing".
