I would remove it for now and then have the gallbladder surgery...give yourself some healing time and then fight like hell to get my band back!! But that is just my opinion. Best of luck!

Ughhhhh...this is such a toughie!!! For me it would have to be my lips...I think that I have nice sexy lips.

Welcome and you are not alone! My surgery is 9/23 and I having to deal with the pre-op diet. I have two to three protein drinks as well as 2 sensible meals(low fat, low carb, low calorie). I too am struggling with issues at night. I do just fine during the day, but nighttime is the worst for me! Good luck on your surgery...keep us posted!!!

Congrats Corinne! I am so happy for you! Where is the pic???? I know how exciting it is to get in to some clothes from the past. I have my sites zero'ed in on a red psuedo suede skirt with matching jacket size 20 that I used to wear all the time. It is a short little number that always made my confidence skyrocket when I wore it.

I think GNC's 100%Whey Protein in chocolate carmel taste awesome! But I use LowCarb milk and 1 tablespoon of FFSF chocolate pudding to boost the flavor. Even my kids think that it is just chocolate milk.
