I to wish you all to be safe in the entire gulf area of Texas. I am in the Dallas area and would like to receive some of that Rita rain, but I don't want anybody to be hurt over it.

How do you get your pictures on the page...they only come in as attachments.

Things I am looking forward to: 1. Being around for my kids as they get older. 2. Getting a belly button ring and a tattoo. 3. Painting my own toenails. 4. Sitting on my husband's lap without him trying to pretend that I am not crushing his legs...lol...he is such a sweetheart. 5. Looking at a mirror instead of looking everywhere but the mirror. 6. Shopping for new smaller clothes and shoes. 7. Buying a pair of sexy TMD Boots. gosh...I could go on and on and on...lol.

Nope, I wouldn't have the bypass. I would appeal, appeal, appeal until my insurance approved it again.

I had a friend who had the tummy tuck, she had her boobs put back into place and her thighs done. She was in alot of pain, but eventually she really looked great. I am going to have consider a boob job...saggy sallies showed snail prints in the sand...lol.

Super Dena!!! I am having surgery on Friday and going back to work on Wednesday. I am hoping to feel as good as you do when I go back.

Don't give up!!!! Have you been offically turned down by your insurance company. Have you talked to your Dr. about helping out with meeting the commitments. I was under a physician's care in another city 5 years ago and it was used. I am sorry if you have already done all of this...just throwing out suggestions...but don't give up! Keep fighting for your band. Believe me I know what you are going through. 3 years ago, I was in the middle of trying to get my approval for my band and I lost my insurance and since I could not afford it..I just kept doing what I could and the second I could I got my approval.

How about a spa day...where you get your hair, nails and toes and may even a massage done all in one day as a reward?

Lynn, there is a thread on here and I am trying to find it, that gives you a link to all kinds of different protein shake recipes. It is an awesome list and I am trying to find it. Maybe someone else can remember who it was posted by. Meanwhile I will keep looking for it. I like the low carb chocolate milk, GNC 100 % Whey protein powder and a 1/4 cup of mixed frozen berries. I then strain it to get the seeds out...can't stand the seeds. I love it and it tasty yummy!!

I would like to know as well. I am on the board all day long, so I really don't need the emails. I have turned it off in my options, but they still turn up. Any suggestions?

I believe John, but also feel for Jane. I met my husband in one of the BBW Yahoo Chat rooms and those rooms do have a huge following of men. I am not scared of losing my husband though, nor am I afraid of him cheating on me. We have been married for three years and Mark has some strict self guidelines that he follows and cheating is a complete NO NO. We have talked about me losing the weight and we both feel it can only be a win/win situation for us both. I do believe that John was dishonest with Jane from the getgo in not letting her know, that he truly only loved her for her weight, not for the woman she truly was. As hard as it is, Jane needs to dust John off and go find a buff young thing who is more than going to appreciate her new skinny self. Beleive when I say, I don't mean that lightly. I myself was abandoned by my ex after 10 years of marriage. He decided he needed to go back to his ex-wife. I just was not going to let this destroy me and Jane won't either, she will be strong.

Morning everybody my 2nd weigh in of the challenge and I am at 250 this morning!!!!! A loss of 3 pounds!!!! Surgery in 5 days!!!!
